Stella & Dot Giveaway & Sunshine!!!!

I worked all weekend and yesterday was a gorgeous day. Lucky for me today is also a gorgeous one. I’m amazed at the difference in my mood when the sun is shinning. For all of you who don’t live in Vancouver, it pretty much rains here from November to May/June. So although the air is fresh and the grass is green all year round, the rain can really get to you. Hence why I’m so excited for the sunshine!!!! I feel like a different person. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still exhausted from working two 12 hrs shifts, but the sunshine sure helps get me out of bed and face the day.

This is what I came home to yesterday:

I ran out of my perfume a few weeks ago and I had casually dropped a hint to my husband and this is what I came home to. My son was so happy to give it to me. My husband tells me that my son had to carry it out of the store all by himself. I’m one lucky Mama Thanks boys for making coming home from a long day at work so special!!!! xoxo

This is what I’m wearing today: a red and white stripe cardigan, trouser jeans and bow ballet flats. Any excuse to start wearing anything resembling Spring and I’m there. Like I said the sun is shinning something fierce today so my pictures look a little more “angelic” than normal :).
