This past Saturday, my husband and I had a date night out with another couple. It was such a nice treat that they offered to drive, which mean’t that both of us could drink. It was a great night out. We had to chance to relax and enjoy our meal without any interruptions. I decided to wear a LBD that I haven’t worn much. I love the way the skirt pleats together in the front and how it has pockets, such a versatile dress. I ended up wearing a cobalt blue blazer with it, since it still cools down quite a bit in the evening.

We decided to play around with our new camera, Canon Rebel T3i, and take some head shots of me. This one is by far my favourite. What do you think? If any of you have any pointers and hints to help us get used to this camera, I would really appreciate it
