What does one wear when it’s raining? You’re pink rainboots, a light weight camo sweater and an olive jacket. This was my outfit on Monday. I love living in Vancouver, but I hate the rainy season with a passion!!!!! It literally rains for about 8 months. Basically once our heat wave ends, it can very quickly turn into Monsoon season. This was the perfect errand running, Kindergarten information session, take your child to dance practice outfit.

    Agi, I love those pink rain books. And I can’t believe you have to deal with rain 8 months out of the year. This year I’ve invested in a new pair of rain boots, and I also have another “luxury” pair from a few years ago. Seriously, if we are going to be forced to wear rain gear it only makes sense that it be cute!

    Sorry to hear about all the rain, but at least you look great in it! I went back and forth on getting this camo sweater. I think it’s gorgeous, and a piece that would look great dressed up or down. I decided against it in the end because reviews said it was pretty sheer. Would you agree? (It’s hard to tell in the picture.)

    Those pink rain boots are adorable!!! I finally found a pair (seriously, it’s been ridiculously hard to buy rain boots). Mine are grey with pink and purple owls on them. :D

    I hear you on the rain - I live in Seattle, and it seems like it went from summer to rainy season overnight! At least you look really cute while you’re out in the rain! Love the color of your boots.
